Florería Atlántico
At street level enter into a flower and wine shop and then downstairs thru a large refrigerator door to an underground bar and grill. The cocktail menu is organized by country, and their gin, Principe de los Apostoles, is made by the bar’s owner.
What to order – Mitaz Bloody, Mitaz Gapaho – Bloody Mary made with gin and roasted tomatoes.

Frank’s
Similar to Please Don’t Tell in New York, you enter the Frank’s through a phone booth. The booth leads to a long hallway which opens up to a 1920s style Chicago speakeasy, complete with vintage chandeliers, patterned carpets, and a long mahogoney bar.
What to order – Bison TT – Vodka, green tea, lime, ginger, and a bourbon soaked cherry.

The Clubhouse
Tucked away in a discreet mansion in the heart of Palermo Soho, this members only club has an extensive cocktail menu that includes the classics and their own signature drinks.
What to order – Clubhouse waiter Tim Meyers recommends the Jose Ignacio – Absolute Vanilla, Cointreau, lime, mint, cucumber, and Schweppes citrus soda.

Isabel
Sleek and sexy bar with Whitney museum inspired lights, mirrored bathrooms, and vine covered back patio which is kept warm by the outdoor fireplace. The bar features a lengthy menu that includes many original cocktails created by bartender Lucas Dávalos.
What to order – The bartender says you can’t leave with trying their Old Fashioned.

Pony Line
Located in the Four Seasons Hotel, the bar was totally renovated in 2013. The result is a chic polo ambiance with leather couches, dark wood, and stylish lighting. The cocktail menu includes the usual suspects, along with some original and elaborate concoctions prepared by the bars very professional bartenders.
What to order – Patagonia Martini – Vodka, apple brandy, Saint Germain, Christallino, Peichaud, and grapefruit zest.
